We hired Demolition X to do the abatement on the asbestos tiles in our house. I was really nervous about the whole process and asked Jose a million questions. He was always so patient to explain the whole process to me and always got back to me right away when I called or emailed. Afterwards I had the air clearance and visual test done just to make sure it was safe for me and my family (although this test is not required). The other company who did the test called to tell me that whoever did our abatement did an amazing job. They said that the process that demolition x does to remove the asbestos is the best way to do it and it’s not that easy to find a company who does it that way anymore. So it passed that visual test and the air clearance test. A week later I had someone out to give me samples for hardwoods and out of the blue he said whoever cleaned your floors did such a good job. I was surprised to hear him say that and relieved. He said this is how all flooring people wish the floors looked before installing new floors. Jose’s prices were good too he also cut the cost because we removed the carpet ourselves. I highly recommend Demolition X. I got bids from quite a few companies and the whole process was so easy with them. Don’t hesitate because you are in good hands with Jose.
